WiperSoft 7 days Free Trial Terms & Conditions

The one-time 7-day WiperSoft free Trial includes, for one device, comprehensive malware detection/removal functionality, high-performance guards to actively protect your system from threats, as well as access to our technical support via the HelpDesk. While a credit card is required to activate the Trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. We require a payment method in order to ensure continuous, uninterrupted protection while you transition from a trial to a paid subscription should you decide to purchase. An authorization request may be sent to your financial institution in order to verify that your payment method is valid, but you will not be charged until the trial ends.

You can cancel your free trial by contacting Wiper Software’s payment processor (see your confirmation email) or Wiper Software directly no later than two business days before the 7-day free trial period expires to avoid being charged on the 7th day of your free trial. If you cancel the free trial, you will immediately lose access to WiperSoft’s features. See FAQs. If you believe you were charged by error, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 30 days of the charge date. If you do not cancel the free trial, you will be billed for a 6-month subscription.

Your purchased subscription will be renewed automatically at the same initial purchase price in accordance with the registration/purchase terms, as long as you are a continuous subscription user. More details are provided on the purchase page. The trial is subjected to the Terms, your agreement to EULA/TOS, Privacy/Cookie Policy, and Discount Terms. Before you are charged, a reminder will be sent to the email address you provided during registration to inform you about the automatic renewal of your subscription. When you activate the free trial, you will receive an activation code limited to one device.

Your license will be automatically renewed once the subscription period ends. For example, if you purchased the 6-months license, the license will automatically renew after 6 months, and you will be charged again. You will be charged the same amount you paid when first making the purchase. If you purchased a license with a discount, the same discount will be applied when renewing the license. For paid subscription users, if you cancel, you will continue to have access to your product(s) until the end of your paid subscription period. If you wish to receive a refund for your current subscription, you must cancel and apply for a refund within 30 days of your most recent purchase. You will stop receiving full functionality as soon as your refund is processed.

  • cancel your subscription on your WiperSoft account at https://www.wipersoft.com/login.

Please ensure that your notice includes your name, details of the order (including the order confirmation number), and, where available, your phone number and the registered email address from your order confirmation. If you cancel beyond the initial 30 day cancellation period, you cannot apply for a refund for payments already made. You will continue to have access to the full functionality of WiperSoft until the end of your subscription period. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. If you want to continue to receive the full functionality of WiperSoft after your subscription ends, it is your responsibility to renew your subscription.
