You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • the fastest way to cancel your subscription is to notify one of our third-party payment partners via support@paddle.com or by live chat;
  • contact us (at the following URL: www.wipersoft.com/contact-us) and request to cancel your subscription;
  • cancel your subscription on your WiperSoft account at https://www.wipersoft.com/login.

Please ensure that your notice includes your name, details of the order (including the order confirmation number), and, where available, your phone number and the registered email address from your order confirmation. If you cancel beyond the initial 30 day cancellation period, you cannot apply for a refund for payments already made. You will continue to have access to the full functionality of WiperSoft until the end of your subscription period. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. If you want to continue to receive the full functionality of WiperSoft after your subscription ends, it is your responsibility to renew your subscription.
